The required list of documents must be submitted to the clerk's office when filing for bankruptcy under Chapter 7. A filing fee of $338.00 must be paid by cash, money order or cashier's check at the time of filing. If you are unable to pay the filing fee you may file an Application to Pay Filing Fees in Installments or an Application to Have the Chapter 7 Filing Fee Waived.
