If requesting certified/exemplified copies in a case filed prior to 2001, please contact the Clerk's Office
prior to filing your request. Copies may not be available through the Clerk's Office and may need to be
obtained through National Archives

Effective August 1 - the Court will begin processing requests for certified copies and/or exemplification of
documents electronically via CM/ECF. To submit an electronic request, please use one of the CM/ECF
events below, which can be found in the "Other" category under the Adversary or Bankruptcy menus.

The associated fee can be paid at the time of filling. The completed copy will be emailed to the address
identified during filing. The Court will continue processing paper requests submitted in person
