Bankruptcy Noticing Center Notice Delivery to Canada

Due to a shutdown with Canada Post, recipients in Canada have not received court-issued notices since September 26, 2025 and will not until after the postal strike has concluded. The BNC will notify debtor's counsel of undeliverable mail going forward. They will also post updates on their website regarding this ongoing issue.
