Applications Open for Public User Group (Information): The federal Judiciary is currently accepting applications for membership in its Electronic Public Access (EPA) Public User Group. The group’s mission is to provide advice and feedback on the development, implementation, and enhancement of electronic public access services provided by the federal Judiciary, including but not limited to Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER).
Twelve members representing a cross section of public users who use PACER to access federal court records will be selected. The EPA Public User Group typically holds an annual, in-person meeting in Washington, D.C., and additional meetings virtually, as needed.
Applications for membership are due by Sept. 2, 2024. Interested individuals should fill out an application form and submit it to the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts. The two-year terms begin on Jan. 1, 2025.
