December 1st National Bankruptcy Federal Rule, Fee and Form Changes

Effective December 1, 2016, Forms 420A/B - Notice and Motion of Objection (previous form numbers B20A/B) will be amended to conform to the numbering scheme of the Forms Modernization Project.  Form 410S2 - Notice of Postpetition Mortgage Fees, Expenses, and Charges will be amended to include minor language amendments in the instructions in Part 1.  Effective December 1, 2016, when filing form 410S2 with the Court, please ensure it is the updated version.  
 
Also effective December 1, 2016 several fees listed on the Bankruptcy Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule will be changing.  The following fees will be affected:
Exemplification of a document - $22
Reproduction of a court proceeding - $31
Amendment to Creditor List - $31
Search Bankruptcy Records - $31
Filing a document not related to a pending case - $47
Motion to Modify Stay - $181
Motion to Compel Abandonment - $181
Motion to Withdraw the Reference - $181
Motion to Sell Property Free and Clear of Liens - $181
 
Also, please note that the following Federal Rules of Bankruptcy procedure will also be revised: Bankruptcy Rules 1010, 1011, 2002, 3002.1, 7008, 7012, 7016, 9006, 9027, and 9033, and there will be a new Rule 1012.
