When counsel becomes aware of the need for a translator, interpreter, or disability, including hearing impairment, with respect to their attendance at the 341 Meeting of Creditors, they should contact the case trustee. The case trustee must notify the Office of the U.S. Trustee ("OUST") immediately so that reasonable accommodation can be made. The OUST has procedures in place to address the special needs of debtors.
