UPDATE:

 The United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the District of Delaware will be closed on October 29 and October 30, 2012 due to the weather.  The Bankruptcy Court building will close at 6PM on Sunday, October 28, 2012 in anticipation of the weather.  The Courts will reopen on Wednesday, October 31, 2012.
