When filing a document that requires a hearing, please select the hearing date, time, location, and objection due date when prompted to do so in CM/ECF. This screen should not be by-passed. Hearing information should never be typed in the free text box which appears at the end of e-filing your pleading.
When entering hearing information, always be sure to select the correct courtroom for the judge assigned to the case. Failure to select the courtroom causes your hearing to not appear on the courtroom calendar. As such, it is critical to the court's internal calendar that you select the correct courtroom for the judge hearing your case in the hearing location field.
All of the judges'
courtroom locations are listed on the Court website in the 'Chambers' area under
the individual judge's page. A list of current courtroom locations is provided
