Transcript/CD Ordering Information

All transcript and audio CD requests must be submitted in writing on the Transcript/CD Order Form provided below. Submission instructions are provided on the order form. The Judicial Conference of the United States has established standard transcript and CD fees (see the link below for "Transcript/CD Costs"). Official court transcripts will be entered onto the court record and will be available through the Pacer service or through the court copy service. If you are requesting an audio CD, please note that the CD can only be played utilizing Player Plus. This program is available free of charge from www.ftrgold.com.
